Fran is the president and CEO of McDonald Physical Therapy. He opened McDonald Physical Therapy on January 12, 1989.
Fran graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Professional Studies and Theology and from Daeman College with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He then earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University.
Fran is certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and is certified in the Workwell Systems. He has specialized training in each of the following approaches to and techniques in physical therapy: Maitland, Mulligan, Cyriax, McKenzie, Travell, McConnell, Gary Gray, myofascial release, and neurotension release. Fran is a member of the APTA, as well as a section member of the Private Practice, Geriatric, Administrative, and Manual Therapy sections.
Fran enjoys vacationing with his family, assisting service organizations, reading, and exercising.
